Shipping

Every print is made-to-order in our family-owned shop in the United States. Here's how the trip from our press to your wall works.

Production timeline

Orders are printed and packed within 1–3 business days of being placed. We don't hold inventory — every print is made for the person who ordered it, on the press, by hand.

Shipping methods & transit times

  • Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) — 3–5 business days after dispatch. Free on orders over $75.
  • Expedited (USPS Priority) — 1–3 business days after dispatch. Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Express (USPS Priority Express) — 1–2 business days after dispatch. Available on request — email us before ordering.

Total order time = production (1–3 business days) + transit. So a standard order placed Monday typically arrives by the following Monday.

Tracking

You'll get an automated email with a USPS tracking number the moment your order leaves the shop. Tracking updates within ~24 hours of pickup.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. International shipping (Canada and Mexico first) is on the roadmap — drop your email at the bottom of any page and we'll let you know the day it goes live.

Heads up on busy seasons. During Father's Day, Christmas, and the World Series, production may extend by 1–2 business days. We'll always email if your order is going to be late.

Stuck in transit or arrived damaged?

Email us at hello@fanwall.co with your order number and a photo of any damage to the box or print. We handle every situation case by case.
