Returns

We make every print to order, by hand, in the United States. If something isn't right when it shows up, we want to hear about it.

14-day window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on any undamaged print. Just email us at hello@fanwall.co with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

What's eligible

  • Prints in the original packaging
  • No marks on the artwork or backing
  • Adhesive backing still intact (un-peeled)

Once we receive the return and confirm it's in original condition, we'll refund the full purchase price (less original shipping) within 5 business days.

Damaged in transit

If your print arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We handle these case by case — most often we'll re-print and re-ship a replacement.

Bundles & sets

Bundles can be returned as a complete set within the same 14-day window. We can't accept partial returns of multi-print bundles (the discount is only valid on the full set).

Custom or personalized prints are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or printed incorrectly on our end.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. They typically appear within 5 business days for credit cards, slightly longer for some banks. We'll email you the moment we issue the refund.

Exchanges

Want to swap a print for a different one in the catalog? Email us — we'll usually skip the return-and-rebuy and just send the replacement once the original is on its way back.

Lost packages

If USPS marks your package delivered but it never showed up, file a claim with USPS first (most lost-package issues are recovered this way). If they can't locate it, email us and we'll work it out.
