How peel-and-stick works

No frames, no nails, no tools, no holes. Open the box, peel the back, press it up — about sixty seconds from cardboard to wall.

What you're working with

Each Fan Wall Co. print is an 11×16″ archival print mounted to a 1/4″ rigid foam-core panel. The back of the panel comes pre-applied with a removable, repositionable adhesive — designed for indoor walls.

The three steps

1.
PeelPull the protective film off the back of the panel. The adhesive underneath is exposed and ready.
2.
PressPlace the panel against any clean, smooth wall. Hold for 5 seconds with even pressure across the panel. Done.
3.
Pull (when you move)When it's time to take it down, peel from a corner at a slow, steady angle. The adhesive comes off with the panel — no patching, no painting, no security-deposit drama.

Walls it works on

  • Drywall (any standard interior paint)
  • Plaster
  • Finished wood, paneling, beadboard
  • Glass, mirrors, metal lockers
  • Sealed concrete (basements, garages)

Walls to avoid

  • Freshly painted surfaces (wait at least 14 days after painting before mounting)
  • Textured wallpaper or peeling paint
  • Brick, stone, or rough plaster — too uneven for the adhesive
  • Outdoor surfaces — these are interior-only

Repositioning

The adhesive is forgiving for the first 24 hours — peel and re-press as many times as you need to get it level. After 24 hours it sets and you'll want to commit, but it still comes off cleanly when you're ready to move it.

How long it lasts

The mounted print and adhesive are rated for 5+ years on a clean indoor wall. The archival print itself is fade-resistant for 50+ years away from direct sunlight.
